Don’t ever underestimate the person who has been through and overcome so many obstacles in order to be where they are today. Little may you know that this is the type of person who has the greatest potential to succeed in life. These rugged individuals have been through so much and yet their burning desires and passions remain with them. These individuals deserve as much respect, if not more, as individuals who were engineered for success from the very beginning.

So what if you’re not a scrapper? Then what? How do you downsize that “perfect” resume … and what can you put in its place?
There’s nothing wrong with having the “perfect” resume. Those that have “perfect” resumes are fortunate enough because this means that many opportunities would be available to them while a “scrapper” would have fewer opportunities. This video encourages employers/universities to take a chance on somebody who doesn’t look amazing on paper since you never know what you’re gonna get out of an individual.
